We are currently accepting late model manufactured homes with vinyl siding and shingled roofs. Pre-owned homes must be approved by community management.

We offer a number of very attractive move-in incentives to make it easier for you to get started.

When a new community approved resident signs a 36 month lease and places an approved manufactured home on an available site in one of our communities* we offer ONE of the following incentives:

• 50% discount on rent for the first 12 months.
• $2,000 toward moving costs.
• $2,000 toward the down payment on a new home.
• $500.00 referral for current residents who refer someone to fill a vacancy.
